Fusilli (meaning "twists") are about two inches thick dough. to the vine of northern Italy. The shape has been inspired by children as it is fun to eat and goes well with a wide variety of sauces.

How to cook?
- 100g pasta,
- 1 Litre water
- 7g salt
- Bring water to a fast boil and add salt.
- Add pasta and cook for 11 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Drain and serve.
