Pour 140 ml of water or milk into the container of a mixer or blender, add 60 g of the mixture (3 measuring spoons), beat for at least 30 seconds until a homogeneous mass is formed. Then pour into bowls and put in the freezer for 2-4 hours, depending on the volume of the container used. Note that the mixture expands as you whisk. When milk is used, the energy value increases.
