In foods such as meat or fish. It was scientifically proved that creatine increases physical performance during consecutive short-term high-intensity training. It can also increase power workout efficiency for adults above 55 years old at a daily intake of 3 g.
طريقة الأستخدام
Up to 75 kg bodyweight and for sensitive athletes mix a dose of 10 g with 150 ml of water. Over 75 kg bodyweight or for highly advanced performance mix a dose of 20 g with 300 ml of water. Consume 15 minutes before workout. Maximum daily dose is 20 g. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
1/3 measuring scoop = ca. 10 g. 2/3 measuring scoop = ca. 20 g. Mix the recommended dose with water. Once opened, keep in temperature not exceeding 25°C and consume within 3 months.
Warning:
- Food supplement, with sweeteners.
- Contains caffeine (230 mg/20 g/ 125 mg/10 g) – not suitable for children and pregnant or nursing women.
