Caretaker® MAP is our "Guardian" but with the most effective and complete patented essential amino acid formula on the market. With several clinical studies showing that MAP maximizes strength, endurance and muscle gains.
They are ideal for consumption after training, much better than any isolated whey shake, since they provide 99% net nitrogen retention compared to the 30% average of the best whey. With much fewer Kcal than the shake and with 3 times faster absorption.
Clinical studies on MAP compare the same protein synthesis of 15g MAP (1 scoop Caretaker® MAP) to 420g of animal protein (meat/fish) but with only 50 Kcal.
In addition, MAP does not have metabolic waste like meat, fish, or shakes, nor does it contain sodium, sugar, or fat. It is recommended to take after training and without mixing with other protein sources that could "spoil" its rapid absorption and cleanliness.
