For best results, take one serving (33 grams) immediately after your workout and 1 hour before bedtime.
Preparation: in a Shaker cup or blender, add 1 – 1/2 scoops (33 grams) of ADVANCED 100% WHEY PROTEIN to 200 ml water or your favorite beverage. Mix well for 25 to 30 seconds. You can add liquid to your desired taste.
