Two tablets per day with your main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink.
Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake. To be taken on a full stomach. You should consult your doctor if you have any symptoms of urinary discomfort to confirm you have BPH or another prostate condition that may require immediate medical treatment. These include the need to urinate more frequently (especially at night), a feeling of not being able to empty the bladder completely and weak or interrupted urinary flow.

As with other supplements, consult your doctor or pharmacist before using if you are under medical supervision, have epilepsy, a thyroid disorder, haemochromatosis, suffer from food allergies, or are allergic to any of the ingredients.
