MICELLAR CASEIN  by  BIG®  is a micellar casein of the highest quality made from  Solmiko®  from  Glanbia Nutritionals® . Casein is the most abundant protein in milk, representing approximately 80% of the total amount of protein present, and it contains calcium and phosphorus as well as other micronutrients such as iron, zinc and copper. The casein is obtained without the use of chemical substances, through a filtration system.

BIG®  MICELLAR CASEIN  contains the highest percentage of bioactive peptides (between 85-92% protein) and very low levels of fat and lactose . The   protein micelles are slowly digested in the stomach, extending the release of its amino acids to periods of more than 7 hours.
