About This Product
The essential branched-chain amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine (BCAA) in a tablet form. Essential branched-chain amino acids are represented in this product in a ratio of 4:1:1 for L-leucine. During intensive physical activity, there is a loss of individual amino acids, along with other important substances. Amino acids are the building blocks of each protein. A sufficient intake of quality protein, together with an optimal range of amino acids, contributes to muscle growth. Branched-chain amino acids are among the essential acids that the body must receive through the diet because their synthesis from other sources does not occur in the body.
Directions Of Use
Use according to your weight. Up to 90 kg of body weight, use 6 tablets daily/90-120 kg of body weight, use 8 tablets daily/over 120 kg of body weight, use 10 tablets daily. Use half of the daily dose 45-60minutes before workout. Take the second half of the daily dose immediately after workout.
Take with enough water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage!
