• 2G BETA-ALANINE

Features a clinical 3.2g dose of beta-alanine. A key researched ingredient that can enhance the muscle- and strength-building process by supporting carnosine levels, produced in the body. This helps to reduce lactic acid buildup which can decrease fatigue for better muscle performance during intense training.

Betaine is a compound found naturally in the body and in beets and spinach. However, this formula delivers the scientifically studied 2.5g – an amount that was shown to help test subjects gain significantly more muscle compared to placebo in a 6-week study. In fact, test subjects gained 3.75 lbs. of lean muscle while the placebo group gained only 0.66 lbs! That’s over 5.5 times the muscle gained versus the placebo group. In another study, active college males taking 2.5g of betaine per day for 2 weeks improved muscle endurance (squats) and increased the quality of repetitions performed!
