Mix 2 leveled scoops of powder (45gm) +1 1/2 scoops water (90gm) and blended for 30 seconds only. Makes 1 pancake. Don’t over mix. Let batter sit for 3 minutes.
Heat lightly greased pan with butter to medium heat until hot. Mix batter for a few seconds just before pouring it into a heated pan.
Cook on medium heat until no more bubbles are forming (about 2 minutes) or until the bottom of the pancake becomes golden brown. Flip and cook for another 1 minute. (Do not press pancakes while cooking)
