Directions Of Use

take 1-2 capsules daily. Always on an empty stomach before meals or 30 minutes before physical activity. Take it for 2-3 months and then take a three-week break. The maximum daily dose is 2 capsules. Do not take it at bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Use: according to the recommended dosage swallow the capsule and wash down with a sufficient amount of water. Milk and alcoholic beverages are not suitable. Do not chew the capsules!
