Directions Of Use
- Mix 10-12oz of water per serving, begin with half a serving (20 min before exercise).
- Make sure to start with half (1/2) scoop per serving until tolerance is reached (very important) Continue with a full scoop once tolerance is acceptable.
- Do not combine with other stimulants (caffeine)
- Do not take within 3 hours of sleep.

I have been trying this pre workout for a week and I feel nothing actually their is not even a tingling of the beta alanin, also no focus that have been told in the label, I don’t recommend this product for anyone that is looking for a intense pre workout
