About This Product
The VO2 max value is a significant indicator of an athlete’s physical fitness. VO2 BOOST aims specifically at improving athletic performance.
The main ingredients include the AAKG amino acid, citrulline malate, and iron for oxygen transfer in the body, fatigue reduction, as well as vitamin C for a normal immune system function. In addition, the recommended dose of 4 tablets contains 200% of the recommended daily amount of vitamin B1, contributing to normal energy metabolism and proper heart function.
Directions Of Use
activity duration up to 60 minutes: 2 tablets ca. 45 min. before the start of the physical activity. Activity duration greater than 60 minutes: 2 tablets 45 min. before the start and 2 tablets halfway through the physical activity. The maximum daily amount is 4 tablets. Drink plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
