At Sporter.com, we can always guarantee original, authentic, and high-quality products that have a minimum of 1 month until expiry. Sometimes, unforeseen issues might occur, accordingly, we will be pleased to refund or exchange the order at our own expense.
- To be eligible for a replacement or a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- All items are quality checked before dispatching; however faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving.
- The reported product must be available for return purposes if necessary.
- For apparel and accessories, the product must be with the price/product tag. All shoes must be in their original box.
- Providing us with your order number and a brief issue description, and attaching relevant photos of the products/package is a must in all cases.
Other than that, we apologize as we cannot return or exchange your order.
- For online paid orders, the paid value will be refunded to the same account/card used for the transaction.
- Monetary refunds on Cash-on-Delivery (COD) purchases are not allowed. COD orders can only be refunded as store credit, which can be used for future purchases*.
*Any future purchases will be subject to the same COD/shipping fees and procedures if applicable.
- Delivery and COD fees applied cannot be refunded. However, the paid Value Added Tax (VAT) fees will be refunded when the product is returned.
- Refunds in store credit can be processed once the item is returned to our facility, and the credit will appear in the customer’s account within 24 hours.
- Credit card refunds can be processed once the item is returned to our facility, but it might take up to 14 days for the refund to show up on the credit card statement, depending on your bank’s policy.
- For PayPal payment, refund fees will be applied as per PayPal’s policy.
