Whether you are facing transportation challenges, bad weather, or you’re just too busy to pick up your usual order, we can bring you what you need with no hassle.

Tax Information:

 

- KSA orders will be imposed with 15% VAT (Value Added Tax) due to government regulation. The 15% VAT is already included in the product price.

 

Shipping Information

- All Sporter orders are shipped from our UAE warehouse to your country by Air Freight and will be delivered either to the courier branches selected at checkout or directly to your address with our door-to-door shipping option.

- Sporter handles all duties, and import fees; no further payments are required at the time of collection.

Country Limitations:

 

- Customers can place up to 4 orders every 30 days, with each order containing a maximum of 5 items (up to 3 of the same kind). 

- The highest order value allowed is 819 SAR, excluding tax.

 

Available Shipping Methods

 

1- Door-to-Door Standard Shipping (4-5 Business Days): 

- Free shipping on orders over SAR 200 (including VAT)! Otherwise, SAR 25 shipping applies.

* Choosing Cash on Delivery will add a 25 SAR fee to your order.

2- Pickup In-Store (3-4 Business Days): 

- Free shipping on orders over SAR150 (including VAT)! Otherwise, SAR 25 shipping applies.

3- Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days):

Please note that the Express Shipping method is available only in specific areas of Riyadh.

- Shipping Charges: For orders totaling less than 200 SAR, a shipping fee of 25 SAR applies. Additionally, an extra fee of 25 SAR is applicable for this method.

Orders totaling 200 SAR or more (including VAT) qualify for free shipping. However, an additional fee of 25 SAR will be charged for this method.
