TANITA SCALES LIMITED WARRANTY

Sporter.com, as an official seller of Tanita products offers a limited warranty of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 months after original purchase, under the following terms:

• Guarantee with respect to any product will be limited to countries where the product has been initially sold. Items purchased second hand or by other distributors are not covered by warranty.

• The original purchaser of the product must have proof of purchase (receipt) to receive warranty service. Hold onto your user manual, the complete guarantee terms can be found in it.

• Your warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from any of the following: negligent use or misuse of the product, use on improper voltage or current, use contrary to the operating instruction, unauthorized repair or alternations, natural disasters, accidents or non-compliance with the precautions; improper maintenance or commercial use. Your warranty also does not cover normal depletion of consumable parts such as batteries, unless occurring due to a defect in original materials or workmanship.

• To obtain the warranty service, first of all please tell us about the problem by contacting sporter.com via telephone or email to arrange the best way to receive your product. Once we receive the Product, we’ll determine if it has a defect or malfunction covered by this Warranty. If so, your Product shall be repaired or replaced under the rules of this warranty.
