Directions Of Use
Take 1-2 portions daily-between meals and/ or approx. 1 hour before and/ or after training. Add 1 portion (100 g = 2 scoops) to 170 ml1 of water. Consume directly after preparation. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. An increase of weight may happen. I tried one of the gain Bolic it was very good I am slim type of which I needed to gain weight . I saw there was a nice difference ,but I hard one problem there was sugar in it . Why sugar ?
