- ROAR is best consumed about 30-45 minutes before exercise. Add one (1) scoop to 8-12 oz of cold water and stir or shake until well mixed. DO NOT exceed two (2) servings in a 24 hour period.

• Too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occasionally rapid heartbeat.
•  Beta alanine may cause a temporary tingling or flushing sensation.
• Exercise may increase your fluid needs, so drink lots of water to stay well-hydrated.
• Discontinue use if you experience any adverse effects or unusual symptoms.
